Beautiful Birthday Card

Updated: Apr 29

Hello my crafty Friends! Today I am sharing a card that was inspired by Kim McGillis. She does a lot of Shabby Chic type cards.

This is card #3 using the Everyday You & Me stamp set. I wanted to create a card without using the designer series paper. I just love the way this card came out. I add a little splatter on this card to give it a little texture. The Linen Thread is tugged behind the Early Espresso card stock.

I used two methods at the bottom of the corrugated piece. I first tore the Basic Beige piece and crumbled the Pretty in Pink card stock.

I stamped the envelope flap with some flowers using the new In-Color, Strawberry Slush. This color will be available on May 6, 2025.
