Simon Says | August Kit of the Month

Hello my Crafty Friends! I hope your having a great day! Today I am featuring the Simon Says Kit of the Month for August, "Best-Teas" stamp set.

Here's a look at the cards I created with this Kit. I had lost of fun with this kit. I used up all the card stock and most of the 6 x 6 paper. I used gems from my collection, and also twine. Sometimes we forget what we have stored away.

This kit included an embossing folder, Demilune. I just love it! I makes it easy to create beautiful backgrounds.

Let's Make A Card!

Focal Point:

• I used one of the tags included in the kit. First I stamped the for images and colored them with Copic Markers. This set has matching dies, but it is not included in the kit. I fuzzy cute all the images.

• I attached all the image to the tag using foam adhesive.

• Next I added twine to the top of the tag.

Panel:

• Cut a piece of Carta Bella Coffee Shop 6 x 6 paper to measure 3 x 4.

• Attach tag to the 3 x 4 piece flat.

Background:

• Cut Smoke cardstock to measure 4-1/4 by 5-1/2. Using the Demilune embossing folder, emboss front of card base.

• Attach panel to card base flat.

Sentiment:

• Die cut "thank you" with the die cut included in the kit. I used Carta Bella paper but you can use a sold cardstock.

Embellishment:

• For embellishment I used Contour Rose Gold on the cookie.
